As part of his work for the State Youth Soccer Association, Maverick Soccer founder Jonny Sinclair recently got the chance to work alongside former U.S. Men's National Team coach, and true legend of the game, Bob Gansler. An amazing experience.

Maverick Soccer continues to provide the most comprehensive soccer opportunities to young players in and around the Elmira area.

Having recently announced its Winter plans, there is now soccer available for anybody aged from 3yrs to Adult, right the way through to April.

The Varsity Boys of Elmira Free Academy took part in a pre-season training camp with Maverick Soccer and it seems to have had a positive effect, with the team becoming Section IV Champions.

Maverick Soccer's Jonny Sinclair, helped by a number of current Maverick Soccer players ran Elmira's first TOPSoccer program, hosted by local soccer club, Soaring Capital. TOPSoccer is aimed at providing soccer playing opportunities for anyone aged 4-19 who has a mental or physical disability. The 4-wk program was a ton of fun for all involved, and there are plans in place to offer another one in Spring 2011.
