Soccer is the world's greatest game. And every generation seems to produce a new genius! Somebody who can do things that nobody before them thought possible.

Think Pele, Best, Cruyff, Maradona, Cantona, Ronaldinho, and now Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi. Legends of the game who seemed to have such mastery of the ball, it was almost as if it were glued to their feet at times.

These are the players who people really tune in to watch and all youngsters want to be like. Why.....? Because they have attacking flair. They are creative. They try new things and they are certainly not afraid to experiment.

It seems so many youngsters today are afraid to try a new idea for fear of failure and it is detrimental to their development.

Maverick Soccer's "Silky Skills School" is a unique approach to developing this attacking flair. As individuals or in small groups, players are encouraged to practise new skills and share ideas, safe in the knowledge that any mistake made will only lead them closer to the solution.

These sessions have a real friendly atmosphere and are suitable for almost any age and ability.
